Simplifying the Use of Isagenix Essential Oils

The label of every bottle of pure, undiluted, single oil and complex blended oil lists the primary benefits and application methods. Additional product specific information can be found at https://www.Isagenix.com. The following are the three traditional, essential oil application methods to gain mental and physical well-being:

• Topical: To avoid the possibility of skin irritation, mix 1 to 2 drops of the pure essential with 10 to 12 drops of the coconut application oil.
• Internal: Add one drop of the selected essential single or blended oil to 4 ounces of a liquid.
• Aromatic: Place 8 to 10 drops of the selected essential single or blended oil into the aromatic cool mist diffuser. Three alternative aromatic applications that you can use when a diffuser is not convenient are:
  • (1) place a drop or two of the essential oil on a cotton ball and then breath in the fragrance;
  • (2) place one or two drops in the palm of one hand, then rub your hands together to spread the oil across both palms, then cup your hands around your nose and breath in the aroma;
  • 3) add a drop or two of the desired essential oil in with the liquid when washing laundry, then you can enjoy the aroma when wearing the clothes or laying on your clean sheets.

Essence Essential Single Oils: Benefits and Applications

Tea Tree

1. Benefits:
   Another common name for tea tree oil is Melaleuca. Used topically, this essential oil has purifying qualities to obtain and maintain clear skin and scalp. Used internally, it promotes a healthy immune system to relieve symptoms of a cough or a cold. Used aromatically, this oil fills the room with an outdoor, flowery scent that clears the air of seasonal and environmental threats.
2. Application Methods:
